Privacy Policy

This is being finalised and is not yet published. Iterate Chat is operated by ITERATE VENTURES SDN. BHD., a company registered in Malaysia.

In short, and pending the full policy: your customers' messages are stored in a database in Singapore, they are sent to Anthropic so a reply can be drafted, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models. Ask us and we will delete your data.

The same data goes to Anthropic for a second purpose. When you ask the assistant what went wrong, or ask it to build or fix a flow or an answer, it reads your own account: your conversations and their messages, your customers' names, your flows, and the material you loaded. It tells you what broke, and it can offer a change for you to press. Phone numbers are replaced with "[number removed]" before any of this is sent. Names and message text are not. This feature is off unless we switch it on for your account.
